DRAG

Meet Rawbyn Diamonds - my fabulous drag persona who made her grand debut in 2019 at the world’s first-ever Science is a Drag in Toronto! Through the power of drag, Science is a Drag allows scientists to connect with non-scientists and communicate their work in a fun and engaging way. As a co-founder and co-producer of this project, I am passionate and committed about challenging cis-heteronormative stereotypes and championing diversity and inclusion in STEM. See some footage below and let’s connect if you want to meet Rawbyn!

Dr. Rawbyn Diamonds was invited by the Canadian Multicultural Innovators’ Museum for LGBTQ+ STEM Day in 2020 to share about being a queer person in STEM in the video above.
